Registration Types & Fees

Optional items:

• **Residents / Fellows / Trainees / Nurses must submit a statement signed by their Head of Department or a proof of their status on site at the registration desk.

• All participants and attendants must be registered. The above registration fees include entrance to the scientific meetings and exhibition area, congress bag, final program, name badge, coffee breaks and lunch at the congress venue.
• All registrations are confirmed upon full payment of the registration fees. You can finalize your registration via bank transfer (please click "Invoice" as a type of payment) or credit card (VISA and MasterCard accepted).

Online access:

• All sessions in the programme will be streamed online
• Participants will receive detailed information about the platfrom and how to log in after registration
• All streaming will be recorded and will be made available to conference participants after the event

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to the organization secretariat at registration@sergs.org.
• For cancellations received until June 30, 2021 a subtraction of 20 euros will be applied.
• From July 1 until August 31, 2021 50% of total amount cancelled will be charged.
• From September 1, 2021 onwards, no cancellation will be accepted and there will be no refunds.
• All refunds will be processed within one month after the congress.
• No refunds are possible for the online access.
